Chef Arun is known for his creativity and knowledge of regional indian cuisine with his forte in Indian curry & tandoori . As the Indian Chef of THE CENTAUR HOTEL (1983 - 1987) India, NATIONAL SPORTS CLUB OF INDIA (1987 - 1989) India, LE MERIDIEN (1989 - 1992 ) India, he was well appreciated beacause of the originality in taste, creativity & sincerity towards his job.
After 10 years of experience in indian cooking he moved towards Hong Kong to provide his expertise. At " CURRY TIFFIN" , his cooking is liked by locals and foreigners who love indian food.
